What services do you offer?
We offer custom embroidery and printing on clothing and textiles, including t-shirts, hoodies, polos, hats, tote bags, workwear, and more. If it’s fabric, there’s a good chance we can brand it.

What’s the difference between embroidery and printing?
Embroidery uses stitched thread for a premium, long-lasting finish—great for logos and workwear. Printing applies ink directly to the fabric, which is ideal for detailed designs, gradients, and larger artwork.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Nope, whether you need 1 special item or 1000 we can make it for you. Prices do of course drop as the quantity increases, but whatever you need, we’re likely to have a solution,

Do you provide the clothing, or can I supply my own?
We can do both. We offer a massive range of quality garments, or you’re welcome to supply your own items (subject to inspection).

What if I want something that you don’t have on your site?
We have access to literally thousands of products, so if there is a product or brand of product you want, that we don’t have on this site, simply contact us and we will find it for you.

What file format do you need for my design?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) are best. High-resolution PNG or JPG files can also work. If you’re unsure, send what you have—we’ll let you know if it needs adjusting.

Can you help with artwork or design?
Yes! We can assist with basic design setup, resizing, and embroidery digitising. More complex design work may incur an additional fee.

How long does production take?
Standard turnaround is usually 7–10 business days after artwork approval and payment. Rush orders may be available—just ask.

Do you offer samples or proofs?
We can on demand do so if requested. Physical samples can be arranged for an additional cost.

What if there’s an issue with my order?
If something isn’t right, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
