1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern all contracts for the sale of goods and services by Clothing My Way, a company registered in England & Wales, to you (“the Customer”). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

2. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed are offers to purchase and are only accepted once confirmed by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

 

3. Definitions

Personalised Goods: Items customised by embroidery, printing, or other methods.

Non-Personalised Goods: Standard items without customisation.

 

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required at the time of order.

 

5. Personalised Goods

Personalised goods are non-refundable once production has started, except where faulty or required by law. Customers are responsible for approving all proofs.

 

6. Delivery and Risk

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership passes once payment is received in full.

 

7. Returns and Refunds

Non-personalised faulty goods may be returned within 14 days. Personalised goods are only returnable if faulty.

 

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

 

9. Intellectual Property

Customers grant us permission to use supplied artwork to fulfil orders. All company IP remains our property.

 

10. Errors

We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders if necessary.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting updates on our website.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
